Health Plan Report Card

Public reporting of health care information for consumers is a vital function of the Vermont Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration. Each year, the Department reports a variety of performance measures for Vermont health plans that include: experience of care and service, preventive care, acute illness care and chronic illness care.   These measures are compared against national and New England averages (or benchmarks). This information may be helpful when choosing a health plan that best fits your needs.
