Life & Health Guaranty Association

Per V.S.A. 8, Chapter 112, all Life & Health Companies licensed to do business in the State of Vermont shall be members of the Vermont Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association.

No forms are required for membership.  An insurer automatically becomes a member of the Vermont Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association when admitted to transact the business of life insurance policies, health insurance policies, annuity contracts and/or supplemental contracts.
