Service of Process Information

Unlike most states, the Insurance Division of the Department of Financial Regulation in Vermont is not involved in Service of Process. The Vermont Secretary of State performs this function. We forward all Service of Process and Power of Attorney forms to the Vermont Secretary of State. Your company must keep its registered agent for Service of Process information current with the Secretary of State.
