BCBSVT  4Q 2012 to 2Q 2013 Safety Net Rate Adjustments Filing.

Company is proposing rate adjustments for Fourth Quarter 2012 through Second Quarter 2013 Safety Net rates. The rate adjustments would apply to the 4Q12, 1Q13 and 2Q13 rates approved in SERFF Tracking #: BCVT-128170289.  BCBSVT is adjusting its rates due to the (1) expanded autism mandate; (2) new prescription drug out of pocket maximum; and (3) increase in the patient-centered outcomes research trust fund fee.
