MVPHIC’s 1Q and 2Q 2013 new product rate filing (At this time, MVPHIC has new EPO/PPO product offerings and new High Deductible EPO/PPO product offerings).

There is no “change” in rates being proposed by the company.  Instead, this rate filing is for new products.  Specifically, the purpose of this filing is to demonstrate the development of premium rates in support of MVPHIC’s new product offerings in its EPO/PPO and High Deductible EPO/PPO product portfolio.
