BISHCA Deputy David Provost Recognized by Captive Review

David Provost, Deputy Commissioner of Captive Insurance in the Vermont Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities & Health Care Administration (BISHCA) has been named among the most important captive insurance professionals in the world.
