The Vermont Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration (BISHCA) is supporting Governor Shumlin’s assistance plan for Vermonters impacted by recent flooding.  BISHCA is providing a telephone assistance contact for individuals with questions and has posted detailed information about flood insurance on the BISHCA website at www.bishca.state.vt.us
