Compliance with the Provisions of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002, Including Voluntary Expedited Filing Procedures and State Policy on Acts of Terrorism Not Covered by the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002

This bulletin advises insurers of certain provisions of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 that may require them to submit a filing in Vermont and to inform them regarding a voluntary procedure for their use to expedite the filing and timely review of the disclosure notices, policy language and the applicable rates that are discussed in the Act.
