Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Contract - DMV Warranty Fee, Federal Car Allowance Rebate System (a/k/a Cash for Clunkers Program)

This bulletin provides guidance on placement on the motor vehicle retail installment sales contract of: (a) the DMV warranty fee created by Act 50 (see, 23 V.S.A. §476); and (b) the Federal Car Allowance Rebate (also known as the Cash for Clunkers of CARS Program).
