This bulletin notifies insurers of the enactment of an amendment to 8 V.S.A. section 4671, which prior to enactment had treated the removal of a credit as a surcharge, and thus subject to the limitations of 8 V.S.A. section 4672.55 Safe Driver Insurance Plan Surcharges.
