Valuations of Life Insurance Policies

This regulation sets forth tables of select mortality factors and rules for their use, including rules concerning a minimum standard for the valuation of plans with non-level premiums or benefits and rules concerning a minimum standard for the valuation of plans with secondary guarantees.
