Clarification of NAIC Disclosure Statement Required for Cancer Policies

This Bulletin updates Regulation 80-1 § 8(A)(10), which states that carriers with cancer policy forms for payment of benefits for cancer as a named disease must include "the disclosure statement as set out in Exhibit II"; attached to the Regulation is a newer version of Exhibit II.
